What is a Threaded Swage Nipple?
All swing nipples manufactured by Marcel Piping are made of seamless pipe or drinking material and have the necessary high performance equivalent to straight seamless pipes. We use good quality raw materials (steel pipes, bar stock) for manufacturing stainless steel nipples and carbon steel nipples. The raw materials we use are fully traceable to the mill location through our MTR records. Our products are manufactured to customer specifications and conform to international standards including American Standard (ASTM/ANSI), British Standard (BS), and DIN/European standards. NPT threads of Swage Nipples conform to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1. Our Swage Nipples products are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 Test Certification, with full details of chemical and physical properties of the materials. They are permanently marked with size, time, grade and golden numbers.
