2. The surface of high pressure hot-drawn tee does not allow any cracks; the depth of defects such as smooth surface, scars and folds is not more than 1.6mm; the depth of surface scale spots and heavy skin is not more than 0.4mm.

3. Geometric dimensions and deviations of high-pressure hot-drawn tees, such as inner and outer diameter of the port, inner and outer bevel, end-face slope deviation, branch height should meet the requirements of the drawings; the wall thickness of the product port butt shall not be less than the small value allowed for the nominal thick wall of the connected pipe, and the wall thickness of the remaining part shall be not less than 90% of the designed wall thickness, and not less than 87.5% in small places; the ellipticity outside the port shall not be greater than 6% of the nominal outer diameter; when the port wall thickness is greater than the pipe When the wall thickness of the port is greater than 1.15 times of the wall thickness, the inner bevel should be reprocessed according to the standard.
