Ceramic lined pipe Abrasion resistant pipe

Ceramic pipes are fundamentally different from conventional steel pipes, wear-resistant alloy steel pipes, cast stone plastic pipes, and rubber steel pipes. The outer layer of the ceramic tube is steel and the inner layer is corundum. The Vickers hardness of the corundum layer is 1100-1500 (Rockwell hardness 90-98), which is equivalent to tungsten-cobalt hard gold. The wear resistance is more than 20 times higher than that of carbon steel pipe, and the bonding performance is much better than that of the usual corundum grinding wheel. It is still a variety of corundum grinding machines for cutting hardened steel main grinding wheels. The wear-resistant layer of the ceramic tube corundum corundum grinding wheel can be retracted. The corundum layer of wear-resistant ceramic tubes may be mainly formed by a few millimeters thick, with a Mohs hardness of 9, second only to diamond and silicon carbide, both of which are oxides and have the highest hardness. ¯ The pipe material and composition are only about 20% alumina, most of which are SiO2, and the Mohs hardness of SiO2 is 7. Rare high-chromium wear-resistant alloy pipes or Vickers hardness of about 400 (Rockwell hardness of about 50); the third is the insufficient hardness of corundum. Therefore, the wear resistance of wear-resistant alloy steel pipes and cast pipes has a qualitative leap in terms of composition and structure, or the thickness of ceramic pipes compared with their wear resistance.
The ceramic lined carbon steel pipe is a ceramic tube manufactured by the SHS-centrifugation method. The melting point of corundum is 2045 °C. The structure of the corundum layer and the steel layer is also special due to the special process and the stress field. The ceramic layer is subjected to compressive stress at room temperature, and the steel layer is subjected to ten
The use of ceramic lined pipes
Ceramic lined pipeline transportation has been widely used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, chemical, building materials, machinery and other industries.
Ceramic lined elbows are widely used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, chemical, building materials, machinery and other industries, and are developing rapidly. When the wear-resistant ceramic elbow lining conveys high abrasives (such as ash, coal, mineral powder, etc.), the wear-resistant ceramic elbow lining wears quickly, especially the elbow wears quickly. When the ceramic-lined elbow conveys highly corrosive gases, liquids or solids, there is a problem that the wear-resistant ceramic-lined elbow is corroded and quickly damaged.
The use of heat-resistant steel pipes has the problem of high cost when conveying high-temperature materials in the lining of wear-resistant ceramic elbows. After lining the wear-resistant ceramic elbow, these problems are solved.
Ceramic lined elbows are widely used in wear of mine filling materials, ore powder tailings transportation, coal-fired power plant powder, smelting, ash and other lined wear-resistant ceramic elbows are also very suitable.
The ceramic lined pipes, elbows, reducers and tees produced by our factory have been used in more than 200 thermal power plants, more than 50 mines and industries such as coal, building materials, machinery, and petroleum.

Ceramic (Corundum: a-Al2O3) lined abrasion resistant straight pipe and fittings are lined with highly abrasion resistant ceramic by SHS ——-Self-propagating High-temperature Synthetic process.
- The ceramic-lined steel composite pipe can be joined by welding the steel pipe layer.
- Ceramic lined pipes can take place of expensive stainless steel, titanium, nickel, cast stone or alloy pipes.
- Extended service life can also reduce maintenance cost.
