The application of Alloy Tubes in the pipeline system
Alloy tubes are divided into structural seamless tubes and high-pressure heat-resistant alloy tubes. Mainly different from the production standard of alloy pipe and its industry, annealing and tempering of alloy pipe changes its mechanical properties and achieves the required processing conditions. Its performance is higher than that of ordinary seamless steel pipes, and its chemical composition contains more Cr, and it has high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. There are no alloy components or very few alloy components in ordinary carbon seamless pipes. The mechanical properties of alloy pipes are varied and easy to adjust, so they are widely used in petroleum, aerospace, chemical, electric power, boiler, military and other industries.
The use and classification of alloy pipes
Alloy steel pipes are mainly used for high-pressure and high-temperature pipelines and equipment such as power plants, nuclear power, high-pressure boilers, high-temperature superheaters and reheaters.It is made of high-quality carbon steel, alloy structural steel and stainless heat-resistant steel, and is made by hot rolling (extrusion, expansion) or cold rolling (drawing). Alloy pipes include large-diameter alloy pipes, thick-walled alloy pipes, high-pressure alloy pipes, alloy flanges, alloy elbows, P91 alloy pipes and seamless steel pipes. In addition, special pipes for fertilizers are also very common.

3. Good cold and hot pressure processing performance. Due to its good plasticity and low deformation resistance, it is not easy to produce cracks after pressure processing.
4. It can meet the requirements of special performance,It is often better in terms of oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, wear resistance and special electromagnetic properties, which can meet the needs of special performance.
5. It has precise geometric dimensions, uniform lateral wall thickness, good steel pipe shape, small barrel roundness, reliable quality, small internal burrs, and smooth external surface.After heat treatment or protective atmosphere heat treatment, the steel pipe can achieve the effect of no oxygen on the surface, stable mechanical properties and uniform metallographic structure.Its production cost is much lower than that of similar seamless precision steel pipes, and it can be used in some equipment directly or after a small amount of processing, reducing equipment processing costs.

1. Take a part of the steel pipe for sample, and can carry out the experiment on the pipe bending machine.
2. The test should generally be carried out in the room temperature range of 10℃-35℃. For tests requiring controlled conditions, the test temperature shall be 23°±5°C.
3. Bend the pipe sample without filler through the pipe bending test machine. During the test, ensure that the bending deformation section of the sample is in close contact with the metal pipe bend until the specified bending angle is reached.
4. When performing the bending test of the welded pipe, the welding seam is located on the outer side of the bending direction, and is at a position of 90°|| (“|” is the neutral line of bending) with the yoke plane.
5. The description of the results of bending test specimens shall be in accordance with the requirements of the relevant product standards.
